Akessons crafted this bar with beans from the Sambirano Valley, near Ambanja, in the North-West of Madagascar. These farms produce world-famous aromatic cacao and today most of the top chefs and chocolate makers around the world use cacao from this estate.
As one of the few single-origin white chocolates, this bar has won several prizes in international competitions, including Gold in in the International chocolate awards 2017 in the white chocolate category.
