Oro means gold in Filipino and Spanish. Together Auro – pronounce: oro. Kelly Go and Mark Ocampo started Auro in May 2015 after training as a chocolatier at ZDS in Solingen (Germany). Their company is involved in every step of the process: from cultivation, harvesting to the production of chocolate.

The cocoa that Auro uses comes directly from the farmers, and they honor the single estates where they get the cocoa from with their chocolate names.
